how does shipping work?

All sweaters, shirts & mugs are made to order & shipped by Printful (a dropshipping company). The shipping is built into the price of the product in my shop.

All stationery is created, fulfilled and shipped by me from my studio. Shipping is calculated based off of product, packaging and where you are located. My studio is in Ontario, Canada and I ship through Canada Post. I try to make shipping as reasonable as possible while still trying to make sure I am not losing money on orders.

do you offer exchanges or refunds?

I do not offer any exchanges or refunds on orders from my shop; however, if you have any issues or questions whatsoever I will do what I can to make it right! Please email me at erynranneycreative@gmail.com if you need any help at all.
